  Objective: To observe the effects of hypoxic preconditioning on lung function in mice with conscious acute hypoxia by noninvasive method.Methods: BALB/c 8 weeks female mice were randomly divided into two groups: Control group and Hypoxic precondition group.The Hypoxic precondition group mice were exposed to hypobaric chamber simulated 5000 m high altitude for 30 days.
