Plasmonic based surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detecting has been intensively developed in last decades and is becoming a leading nondestructive technique that can elevate the sensitivity of Raman spectroscopy to a single molecule detection regime [1,2].Strong local-filed enhancement, low cost fabrication and uniform SERS signals reproducibility has been considered as the key issues for a well-designed plasmonic structure on SERS chips.
