海洋放线菌的天然产物研究

放线菌是抗生素的主要来源,用于人类治疗的约100个抗生素是由放线菌产生的1.陆生土壤放线菌在抗生素等活性物质方面被大量开发与应用,导致从中发现新抗的几率大大降低,人们开始关注海洋等来源的特殊放线菌.海洋放线菌天然产物的研究始于1970年代,目前已从海洋放线菌中发现了约700个新化合物.本课题组也开展了海洋沉积物、海绵、海藻和红树林等海洋动植物中放线菌的分离筛选及其活性产物的分离鉴定工作.
