Venous lesions following transvenous cardiac device implantations are a common complication that may cause clinical manifestations and difficulties during reoperations.This problem is becoming a frequent scenario given the fact that the number of percutaneously implanted pacemaker (PM) and implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) has grown worldwide.
