  Aim:To explore the mans sperm road suffering from chronic inflammation of reproductive system in infertile couples with anti-sperm antibodies (AsAb) relevance.Methods:A controlled study,routine urine,prostate fluid routine,semen analysis,full-color ultrasound and other tests were done in all the patients,the reproductive system,of which there are sperm selection and sperm in semen white blood cell count "10 / HP,or have pus cell groups,or accompanied by a clear orchitis,epididymitis,Vesiculitis,prostatitis and other reproductive system sperm airway inflammation of chronic inflammatory group of patients who selected 86 cases; of these,select the semen contains sperm and semen WBC 10 / HP,Full-color ultrasonography in the reproductive system and reproductive system no abnormal changes in sperm duct inflammation of chronic intensive control group patients were selected for 72 patients.At the same time are used to couple the two sides ELISA of serum anti-sperm antibodies,the mans sperm-coated antibodies,the womans cervical mucus anti-sperm antibodies measured.The determination of AsAb> 75ng/ml shouldl be deemed as AsAb positive.Results:According to the inflammation group and non-inflammatory group,respectively,two groups of patients and their spouses serum AsAb carried out comparative analysis of the results of 86 cases in the inflammatory group,49 cases of a husband AsAb positive,accounting for 57%; wife of 47 patients with positive AsAb,accounting for 55%.Control group,72 cases,the husband AsAb positive in 15 cases,accounting for 21%; His wife AsAb positive in 16 cases,accounting for 22%.After statistical analysis P &It;0.05.Conclusion:First,the male reproductive system sperm Road,inflammation is an important AsAb produced one of the reasons the mechanism was mainly due to the presence of inflammatory lesions caused by immune barrier damage,sperm antigen exposure and,ultimately,appears in seminal plasma or serum antibody-associated immune.The diagnosis of immune infertility,the key is to identify the primary factors,namely,inflammatory or traumatic,so that treatment can fundamentally blocking antibody component.Secondly,an increase in white blood cells infected seminal plasma of patients spouses has a certain correlation between AsAb,which is the clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertile couples is essential.
