Benzoic and sorbic acids are the most common preservatives which are widely used in a great variety of foodstuffs to inhibit the growth of microbes, avoid food spoilage and prolong storage time.However, excessive intake will be harmful for human health.Therefore, establishing a rapid, environmentally friendly, effective and reliable analytical method is very significant to control food quality and ensure food safety.
