枳雀是一种原产于中国秦岭南麓的具有枳和柚遗传背景的柑橘野生资源。秦岭南麓是中国最靠北的柑橘产区，此处山地土壤富含料姜石(次生碳酸盐结晶)，呈碱性而粘重，土壤可溶性铁含量极低，因而柑橘树体缺铁性黄化现象非常严重。
