当前,我国的林业事业正面临着新的形势,处于林业经济发展战略和经济体制由旧模式向新模式转换的关键时期。特别是随着所有权与经营权分离的全民所有制企业经营机制改革的深入进行,我国林业商品经济和工业化生产将要有飞跃发展。在这种形势下,我国林业机械化的内容、方向、道路及政策也必须进行相应的改革,才能走上充满生机和活力、富有效率和效益的良性循环轨道。为了探讨在新形势下林业机械化应如何发展问题,我们开辟了“机械化论坛”专栏,欢迎林机制造企业、林业生产企业、教学科研单位和管理部门等领导、管理人员、科技人员及广大关心林业事业发展的人员踊跃参加这一讨论。来稿内容不限,但观点应明确,论证要充分。
