It was analyzed that the characteristics and association of knowledge structure and ability what environmental engineering professional should have.And talent training should combine with practice, innovate constantly, optimize the educational methods, and strengthen the quality education and practical skills training.Meanwhile, attention should be paid to the combination of the professional education and the cultivation of EQ.To improve the students social ability, a more integrated, comprehensive assessment system should be set up.
