GmZFP和GmTIP协同调控大豆耐非生物胁迫的分子机理研究

  锌指蛋白和水通道蛋白基因是植物应答逆境胁迫的重要基因,我们从大豆中克隆了一个带有锌指结构蛋白的基因GmZFP和一个水通道蛋白基因GmTIP,发现它们受非生物胁迫诱导,对GmZFP和GmTIP蛋白的研究表明它们都主要定位于细胞膜上,而且二者是互作的;在逆境条件下,GmZFP可能充当转录因子直接结合到GmTIP启动子部位抑制其表达来共同调节植物对外界胁迫的耐性;抑制GmZFP和过表达GmTIP的组合植株都能有效地提高对干旱与盐胁迫的耐性。
