  The design of high temperature superconducting (HTS) windings for the 1250kVA/10.5/0.4kV three-phase transformer using BSCCO is presented.The numerical analysis of electromagnetic properties shows that the maximum axial and radial magnetic flux density at rated current are about 65.8mT and 42.4mT respectively,and the current of the upper and lower double pancakes of the secondary winding are larger than that in the middle ones.
