本文根据现场施工经验,阐述了球罐组装的三种基本方法及其主要优缺点,并推荐采用散装法。对焊接顺序提出了与常规不同的先焊里口的方法,并介绍了相应的坡口型式。焊球罐外口时,提出了对球罐整体预热的方案,并分析了经济效益。本文对探讨球罐焊接的优化方法有一定参考价值。
According to the experience of on-site construction, this paper elaborates the three basic methods of ball tank assembly and their main advantages and disadvantages, and recommends the bulk method. The method of welding the mouth of the first welding different from the conventional welding procedure is proposed and the corresponding groove type is introduced. When the outer sphere of the solder ball tank is exposed, a scheme of preheating the sphere tank as a whole is proposed and the economic benefits are analyzed. This article has certain reference value to discuss the optimization method of the spherical tank welding.
