Folate receptor alpha (FRα),as a membrane receptor,was high-expression in a variety of tumors.Extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK) could be activated by extracellular signals from the cell surface and transmits them into cell,regulating the cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis and playing a vital role in the malignant transformation of cells.
