　　Liquid crystal displays(LCDs)based on the super-patterned vertical alignment(S-PVA)mode show the good off-axis image quality through dividing each pixel into two sub-domains that are independently driven with the help of two distinct circuits [1,2].However,compared to the conventional patterned vertical alignment(PVA)mode [3,4],the S-PVA mode inevitably suffers from the low aperture ratio and the complexity in the driving scheme.
