  A simulation analyses of the copper alloys synchronizer ring precision forging by using 3D rigid-plastic finite element method is presented.A simulation analyses is studied to investigate the laws and mechanism of forming process by using FEM, and the result has been verified by test.It provided the theoretical support for optimization of precision forging.
