In the research of ultracold atom gases, one can use laser beams to control the two-atom interaction via either optical Feshbach resonance or various optical control of magnetic Feshbach resonances. In most of these processes, the Doppler effect of laser beams can be neglected. However,in this letter we show that this effect can be very significant in a mganetic Feshbach resonance controlled by a Ramman process induced by two counter-propagating lasers.
