Background Despite clinical evidence of advantages,long-acting injectable antipsychotics (LAIA) are not widely used due to the negative attitude of patients and caregivers toward the injection.This survey was undertaken to investigate the difference of attitude between patients and their caregivers with first-episode and multiple-episode psychosis toward LAIA and the reasons for reluctance toward LAIA-treatment.
