Objects:To study the prevalence,pathogenesis and intervention about mild cognitive impairment in the old-old.Method:A sample of two cohort,2666(M 2132,F534;Age group,65-74:925,34.70％;75-84:1054,39.53％;85-98:867,25.77％).Elderly ≥65 years old was obtained.The diagnosis of MCI met the generally used criteria (MCI:JAGS 2000,48:1601-1606).
