Introduction Recently, meal substitution foods (MSF) including cereals products and ready-to-eat foods (REF) are gaining popularity owing to easily available ready to hand and they are increasing on the markets accordingly.These products are manufactured by adding multiple nutritional facts and/or mixing various grains in order to provide essential nutrients such as minerals.However the labels in some products indicate insufficiently nutrition facts or have not even information about essential nutrients.Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate minerals in MSF and suggest the specific information about essential nutrients.
