皮肤血管炎表现了血管炎症的过程，犬血管炎有很多潜在病因，包括药物、感染疾病、食物副反应、恶性肿瘤和免疫介导病。血管炎是一种反应模式，需要全面病情检查才能找到引发原因，发病动物表现多种症状例如皮肤紫瘫、指压水肿和溃疡，全身症状最常见包括发热、精神差、厌食，组织学结果确诊，一对一治疗，排除感染疾病，才能使用高剂量免疫抑制剂。
