本文从柴油的总体性能和零部件结构出发,论述了机车柴油机的发展趋势和技术状况。并进行了热力学分析,指出高压喷射、加大压缩比、提高爆发压力、增加行程一缸径比等是提高柴油机经济性的有效措施。同时,还对近代柴油机的主要零部件:活塞、机体、气缸套、曲轴等的结构特点进行了论述,并对电子控制、增压器及其增压系统以及故障诊断进行了评价。
Starting from the overall performance of diesel oil and the structure of spare parts, this paper discusses the development trend and technical status of locomotive diesel engine. And the thermodynamic analysis was carried out. It is pointed out that high pressure injection, increasing the compression ratio, increasing the explosion pressure and increasing the stroke-to-cylinder ratio are effective measures to improve the economy of the diesel engine. At the same time, the structural characteristics of the main components of modern diesel engine, such as piston, body, cylinder liner and crankshaft, are also discussed. Electronic control, supercharger, supercharging system and fault diagnosis are also evaluated.
