本文根据内框架房屋“上重下轻、先墙后柱”的震害特点,提出了以顶层作为内框架房屋的抗震薄弱部位进行此类单体房屋的震害预测方法。根据内框架房屋的结构及震害特点,震害预测工作分两步进行:第一步是进行砖墙的震害预测;第二步是进行砼框架的震害预测。预测指标为各自的顶层抗剪强度系数ξ值。文中在对已往震害资料分析计算的基础上,建议了不同破坏状态的砖墙和框架的ξ值范围。依据对唐山、天津、海城等大量内框架房屋的震害分析,提出了基于可靠度理论进行内框架房屋建筑群震害预测的方法。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of the earthquake damage of the inner frame houses, the seismic damages of the single-story houses are proposed using the top layer as the seismic frame of the inner frame houses. According to the structure of the inner frame houses and the features of the earthquake damage, earthquake damage prediction work is divided into two steps: the first step is to predict the damage of the brick wall; the second step is to carry out the earthquake damage prediction of the concrete frame. The forecasting indicators are their respective top shear strength coefficient values. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis and calculation of past seismic damage data, the threshold values of brick walls and frames with different damage states are proposed. Based on the analysis of the earthquake damage of a large number of internal frame houses in Tangshan, Tianjin, and Haicheng, a method of earthquake damage prediction for interior frame buildings based on reliability theory was proposed.
