Medical glue is being increasingly used in the surgical treatment of colorectal disease. We report two cases of postoperative foreign-body granuloma reactions after application of medical glue to highlight the potential problems caused by the use of such agents. Two patients underwent rectal cancer surgery.medical glue were used in the operation.During regular follow-up.digital rectal examination indicated that there was a nodule near the rectal anastomosis. After the mass were resected, postoperative pathology demonstrated foreign body granuloma reactions. With the increasingly widespread use of medical glue.it is necessary to conduct in-depth evidence-based research to ensure patient safety.
