【摘 要】
：
目的:抑癌基因甲基化导致基因沉默在甲状腺肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要的作用.本研究检测抑癌基因PTEN、DAPK,在良恶性甲状腺结节外周血、结节组织中的DNA甲基化以及mRNA表达状态,并分析其与良恶甲状腺结节性疾病的关系,探讨临床意义,以便为甲状腺结节早期的良恶性鉴别提供分子诊断依据.
