This paper presents a real-time detection of the value of the state of charge(SOC),which as charging phase termination criterion of multi-stage constant current constant voltage with positive and negative pulses for new rapid charging method.Designed with the SOC and temperature as controlled quantities of dual-input dual-output closed-loop feedback control system,in which the temperature controlled by the PI (Proportion Integration) controller,SOC realized by wavelet neural network intelligence algorithm.Finally,Matlab simulation parameter curve of the battery.The results show that the method can be implemented quickly and efficiently of stable and reliable charging for each stage,the error between the measured values and theoretical values is less than (2%),the actual current can be a better approximation Mas curve,improved charging speed and maximized the elimination of polarization.
