对中钇富铕离子稀土矿萃取分离前的料液,用水解法除铝,进行了pH、稀土浓度、温度、放置时间及煮沸时间等条件的除铝实验.实验的Al去除率最大为97％,表明精矿溶解料直接用水解法除铝是可行.与萃取法除铝相比,该方法简单,不需增加设施,成本低.
