  Stimuli-responsive dendritic polymer-drug conjugates have presented significant potential for cancer therapy.In our studies,we synthesized and characterized a serial of enzyme-responsive dendritic polymer-GFLG-drug conjugates[1-2],including PEGylated peptide dendrimer-GFLG-drug conjugates and dendritic poly[N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide]-GFLG-drug conjugates(polyHPMA-GFLG-drug conjugates),and their potential as biodegradable and environment-responsive nanoscale drug delivery vehicles for cancer therapy.
