  In our previous study, we can delivery drug to specific issues and cells.However, the problems of drug release in tumor cells and intracellular drug process cannot be solved So we have developed a chitosan based glycolipid-like nanocarrier(CSO-FBA-SA) which responded to the low pH environment in lysosome.4-formylbenzoic acid was chosen as linker and the Schiff-base bond [1] was formatted between chitosan and octadecanol.
