目的：随着核能和核技术的发展及广泛应用，人们受到电离辐射暴露的几率增加，对辐射损伤及时有效的评估是当前研究的热点之一。目前个体辐射损伤的评估往往依赖于个体的辐射时间和恶心、呕吐，淋巴细胞减少，细胞遗传学分析等的严重程度。但这些指标易受到如心理因素、炎症等影响，而且这些方法分析非常费时，常常难以满足大批量辐射损伤评估的需求，另外不利于辐射损伤的早发现。
