目的 目的：对比分析冷冻消融联合化疗治疗结直肠癌来源肝转移和非结直肠癌来源肝转移的临床疗效。方法 本研究共纳入2009 年10 月-2017 年11 月期间在我院接受冷冻消融联合化疗的199 例肝转移瘤患者,比较分析两组患者的总生存(overall survival,OS)、肝脏肿瘤局部控制率、局部复发率和并发症发生率,并探索分析影响总生存的相关因素。
