目的：分析引起药物相关性急性肾功能损伤的药物谱特点及药物谱的变化，分析药物相关性急性肾功能损害的肾脏病理特点。方法：回顾性分析浙江大学医学院附属第一医院2012 年1 月至2016 年10 月期间临床诊断为药物相关性急性肾功能损伤的病例，根据其病史资料及临床表现，记录引起急性肾功能损害的药物，分析其药物谱组成，井分析其中行肾穿刺检查患者的肾脏病理特点。
