　　Based on the dynamic equations and JKR model,the process of free sedimentation of the particle contaminants in the light pneumatic tube and the cleaning mechanism of optical surface particle contamination were simulated,results showed that the speed and the time of the sedimentation were directly affected by the density,diameter and location of the particles.
