Mens wear has shown a developing tendency toward neutralization,which is a product of the wind.In the early 18th century,it had its tendency.Now it appears again with some reasons.This paper shows us some aspects of definition,origin,development of the phenomenon of neutralization.Whats more,the paper analyzes the reasons for mens neutral garment deeply.It explains the new characteristics with the focus of the current new performance of the neutralization.
