目的 观察5-HT2C受体激动剂Ro60-0175对大鼠环境和线索诱导的海洛因复吸的影响.方法 成年雄性SpragueDawley大鼠建立海洛因自身给药模型,固定比率程序FR1,每天4h,持续10 d;训练完成后构建消退模型,每天消退2h,持续14 d;训练结束后随机分成3组,在测试前15 min ip给予5-HT2C受体激动剂Ro60-0175(0.3和1 mg·kg-1);将SD大鼠放置回训练笼,测环境和线索诱导的行为反应.
