　　Background: Osteoarticular tuberculosis (TB) in the hip is increasing and patients in developing countries commonly present with advanced joint destruction. The aim of this report was to evaluate the feasibility and clinical results of one-stage cementless total hip arthroplasty(THA) for patients with active tuberculosis of the hip with advanced arthritis.
