The honokiol, the predominant compound of Magnoliaofficinalis Rehderet Wilson, has a potential role in developing a new medicine.By using an animal model of acute liver injury of mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), we investigate the effects of honokiol on acute liver injury in the current study.
