The microreactor technologies have shown great potential in heterogeneous catalysis reactions.Nevertheless, the integration of catalysts inside a microreactor often suffer from several considerably technical challenges, such as troublesome modification, instable immobilization and low catalytic activity, significantly limiting the wide utilizations of microreactors in various catalytic processes. Here,we proposed a facile way for on-wall incorporation of silver nanocatalysts inside glass microreactors assisted with the versatile adhesion and reduction properties of polydopamine coating.Based on this facile strategy, both chemical stability and physical simplification could be achieved overcoming the common drawbacks.Such catalytic microreactor shows high catalytic activities toward the reduction of 4-nitrophenol,and no leaching of silver catalysts from the surface of microchannel is observed confirming the robustness of the approach.
