目的 FoxP3 以往认为是Treg 的关键转录分子，近年来发现在多种肿瘤细胞中表达，能抑制肿瘤细胞生长增殖。我们前期发现FoxP3 在胃癌细胞中表达能抑制胃癌细胞的生长，胃癌组织中FoxP3 主要表达于淋巴细胞，在癌组织中也有部分表达，不同表达状态与预后有关。
