系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种累及多系统各脏器的自身免疫性结缔组织病.为了提高患者的用药医从性与准确性，降低导致疾病复发的影响因素，设计了远程信息推送护理系统，向出院患者提供专科用药(主要针对激素及免疫抑制剂)提醒护理服务，远程信息推送系统分WEB前端业务和话务短信自动业务两块。WEB前端业务主要为护士服务，有人机操作界面。话务短信自动业务无人机界面，负责根据发送排期，自动发送提醒短信和拨出电话，并记录病患反馈，供前端查阅处理。结果显示接受远程信息推送护理系统服务后患者专科用药使用情况明显优于未接受系统推送护理服务的患者。
