目的 Metadherin (MTDH)与多种人类恶性肿瘤的发生发展和转移有密切关系,其过表达可激活多个下游途径,包括Akt途径、NF-κB途径、Wnt/β-catenin途径,促进肿瘤发生,其中Wnt/β-catenin途径在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large-B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)的发生发展中发挥着重要的调控作用。
