介孔二氧化硅薄膜中的正电子湮没特性

  分别以不同含量的两亲性三嵌段共聚物F127和阳离子表面活性剂CTAB为结构模板,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了多孔二氧化硅(SiO2)薄膜。利用椭圆偏光仪和正电子湮没辐射多普勒展宽谱学(DBAR)测试这些薄膜的孔隙率,并研究了电子偶素(Ps)在不同介孔薄膜中的形成与湮没行为。研究结果表明:1)对于不同含量的表面活性剂制备的薄膜,取决于共聚物F127是否被分解,在煅烧前后其S-W参数处于近似平行的两条直线上。其中,未煅烧薄膜(F127-Silica)的正电子湮没位与F127含量密切相关,而煅烧薄膜(Pore-Silica)的湮没位取决于薄膜中孔隙率的变化。“孤立”介孔的SiO2薄膜的3γ湮没分数I3γ、S参数和孔隙率Vp互为线性关系,表明DBAR可作为表征介孔SiO2薄膜的闭孔孔隙率的一种补充方法。
