A novel ultrasensitive immunsensor for detection of the tumor biomarker,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),was developed by using AuNPs-Ab2-glucose oxidase(GOD)-Concanavalin A(Con A)as pH-switchable immunosensing probe and BSA-Ab1/chitosan(CHIT)-AuNPs/integrated three-dimensional macroporous carbon(3D-KSCs)derived from kenaf stem electrode as signal collector based on a sandwich-type assay mode.
