目的 西京医院自2017 年8 月开展加速康复外科(ERAS)临床路径在临床应用的队列研究，建立ERAS 真实世界研究大数据。对ERAS 真实世界研究大数据中行胃癌手术患者的数据进行统计分析，阐述腹腔镜手术对患者加速康复的影响。
