With the continued downturn in the market of China's foundry industry,casting enterprise value has been declining, and the development of enterprises faces severe form.And according to the early empirical study found that the local government promulgated many policies to promote the development of foundry industry.This improved the external environment to a certain extent, but for improving product quality and utilization of human resources is not ideal.In this paper, we construct a Bayesian network model and combined with AHP, evaluation of the policies comprehensive effect.Then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to guide the development of foundry industry.
