提出了一种新型的轻质组合梁-以冷弯薄壁槽钢为骨架,钢板外表面用结构胶粘剂粘结竹胶板组成工字型截面的冷弯薄壁型钢-竹胶板组合梁。以组合梁中的竹板厚度、型钢截面尺寸及其厚度为参数,对9根钢竹组合梁试件进行了弯曲性能试验,观察各级荷载作用下钢板及竹板中的应变变化、组合梁挠度的发展,分析了组合梁的破坏过程、破坏形态及破坏机理,探讨了组合梁的极限承载力和抗弯刚度等弯曲性能。结果表明,薄壁型钢和竹胶板整体工作性好,组合效应显著,构件跨中横截面平均应变基本上呈线性分布,力学性能优良,可应用于工程实践;随着钢板厚度、竹胶板密实度和构件截面尺寸的增大,构件的承载力、挠度变化呈规律性。研究表明,钢竹组合构件在我国建筑结构领域具有很好的发展前景。
A new type of lightweight composite beam is proposed. The cold-formed thin-wall steel-bamboo composite plate beams are made of cold-formed thin-walled channel steel and the outer surface of the steel plate is glued with bamboo adhesive. Taking bamboo thickness, section size and thickness of composite beam as parameters, the bending behavior of nine steel-bamboo composite beam specimens was tested, and the strain changes in steel and bamboo at all levels were observed. The development of deflection, the failure process, the failure mode and the failure mechanism of the composite beam are analyzed. The ultimate bearing capacity and flexural rigidity of the composite beam are discussed. The results show that the overall workability of thin-walled steel and bamboo plywood is good, and the combination effect is remarkable. The mean strain of the cross-section of the cross-section is basically linear and the mechanical properties are excellent. Density and component cross-sectional size increases, component bearing capacity, deflection changes regularly. The research shows that steel-bamboo composite components have a good development prospect in the field of building structure in our country.
