通过工程实例,介绍了在较厚回填土的填海场地中采用强夯置换进行地基处理以提高地基承载力及控制沉降的设计及施工方法。强夯置换后对置换墩体、墩间土及复合地基进行了静力载荷试验,并对置换墩体的密实程度及置换墩体的着底情况进行重型动力触探的检测,结果表明强夯置换后场地地基承载力与变形均满足规范要求。工程实例表明,在较厚回填土的填海场地采用此方法安全可靠、节约造价且能缩短工期。
Through the engineering examples, the design and construction methods of replacing ground with thicker backfill soil by dynamic compaction are introduced to improve the foundation bearing capacity and control settlement. Dynamic compaction test was carried out on the displacement pier, the soil between the pier and the composite foundation after the dynamic compaction replacement, and the heavy dynamic penetration test was carried out on the compaction degree of the displacement pier and the bottom of displacement pier. The results showed that dynamic compaction After replacement, the foundation bearing capacity and deformation meet the requirements of the code. The engineering examples show that this method is safe and reliable in the reclamation site of thick backfill soil, which can save the cost and shorten the construction period.
