　　Early detection and diagnosis of cancer has been a hot research topic for recent years.Herein we report a three-dimensional(3D)porous graphene-based microfluidic immuno-biosensor for the detection of cancer biomarkers through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The fabricated biosensor contains a simplified three-electrodes system integrated in the micro-channel.
