本文报告了甘草甜素对人脾细胞产生γ-干扰素影响的研究。结论:人脾细胞在ConA、PHA的诱导下可以产生γ型干扰素;甘草甜素可以增加ConA诱导人脾细胞产生的γ-IFN对PHA无此作用;甘草甜素和ConA联合诱生γ-IFN的最适条件是:甘草甜素和ConA 200μg/ml,诱生时间48小时。细胞浓度为5×10~6至1×10~7为宜。
This paper reports the effect of glycyrrhizin on the production of γ-interferon in human spleen cells. Conclusion: Human spleen cells can produce γ-interferon under the induction of ConA and PHA; glycyrrhizin can increase γ-IFN produced by ConA-induced human splenocytes without PHA; and glycyrrhizin and ConA induce γ- The optimal conditions for IFN are: glycyrrhizin and ConA 200 μg/ml, induction time 48 hours. The cell concentration should be 5×10~6 to 1×10~7.
