To investigate the expression of the endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS)-associated proteins GRP78, p-PERK and CHOP after TBI in rats, and determine the underlying mechanisms of 4-PBA on neuronal injury by reducing ERS after TBI.114 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,including sham group, TBI group, TBI plus 4-PBA group.
