对于中国的企业和企业家们来说,现在最重要的任务不是如何积累资本、如何找钱找项目,而是要寻找、探索一种支持中国市场经济的精神,塑造一种中国企业家应具有的灵魂,找到使中国企业成长壮大不断涌流的精神源泉。一个没有使命感和精神追求的企业不大可能成为真正的现代企业,也不会有长久的生命力。我们所说的资本精神,就是这种能够指引我们企业实现持续发展的一种精神。
For Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs, the most important task now is not how to accumulate capital, how to find money to find a project, but to find and explore a spirit that supports the Chinese market economy and create what a Chinese entrepreneur should have Soul, to find the source of inspiration for the continuous growth of Chinese enterprises. A business without a sense of mission and spiritual pursuit is unlikely to become a true modern enterprise nor will it have long-term vitality. What we call the spirit of capital is such a spirit that can guide our enterprises in achieving sustainable development.
